Great staff. The room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was delicious. No complaint.
Walls were paper thin, beds weren't worthy of a kennel let alone a 4 star hotel, toilet didn't flush, shower didn't drain correctly so you were ankle high in water, carpeting was old and dusty. IF you have no choice but to stay in Joliette try and air b and b.
I just went for a wedding ceremony and it was a really nice place. People working at the hotel were quick to help us to go where we needed to. The place looked nice and it made me want to come back this time to get the full experience and actually stay there.
Nice hotel, great bar, great service. Rooms are clean and have had many gteat stays here. Highly recommended.
The hotel staff were very friendly. It was my second time there and they even greeted me by name (but with the warmth of a usual customer). The soap, shampoo and the other amenities are of good quality. The beds are really comfortable. They have k-cup machines in the room. I appreciated that they have a breakfast sometimes included with their rooms, but the price is quite hefty when you eat they're without a ticket. All in all, it feels very clean and good to stay a few days at this hotel.
